Well, maybe if you have them sing a song that originally has a very American-style accent. But give them a song with a normal accent and I doubt that they’ll sing it in an American accent. Why would they? Most foreigners can’t even pronounce English well enough to give it an ‘American accent’.
TL;DR: I don’t sing with an American accent, showering or not. >_>
